The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with Go-Cordless either online or through any other form of communication and form part of the contract between us.
Your use of our site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions so please read carefully and if required print for future reference.
All prices include VAT. In the event that any product is shown at an incorrect price for any reason we will not process your order with out first contacting you to alert you to any change in price. You will then have the option to cancel, only then with your permission will we proceed with the order.
Prices quoted are subject to stock availability.
Our aim is to deliver all goods ordered within 3-4 working days of order confirmation. If however the product you have selected is not available at the time of ordering, and has to be ordered direct from the manufacturer you will be informed when we contact you.
A contract between us is not formed until we have processed the order and started the despatch process. We accept payment in pounds sterling by most major credit or debit cards.
All credit agreements are subject to a standard credit authorisation process and will have to be arranged before the despatch process is started.
Product images are for illustration purposes only and product descriptions, while as accurate as possible, are for guidance only. Some products may need putting together once taken out the box.
We do not export any goods.
We are unable to advise a specific time slot but a call will be made if any undue delay is experienced. If the pre arranged delivery fails due to there being no one at the address to sign for the goods then customer may be liable to pay a failed delivery charge.
If you cancel a delivery after the goods have left our warehouse you may be required to pay a cancellation charge.
All products supplied are guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months from the date of delivery. Quite often there will be extended guarantee periods available free of charge and these will be clearly highlighted within the product description. Customers are asked to examine any goods as soon as possible after delivery and notify us by phone, fax or email of any fault or damage.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: 63 Blaby road, Wigston Leicester GB LE18 4PA.

Recycle Service (WEEE)
It is one of our ongoing aims to reduce waste in the electrical industry where we can and we strive to deliver high quality, environmental and customer focused services. To meet this aim, for Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE), we will accept back waste items of the same type that you have purchased. *
This service is offered free of charge if you are returning your old Product to us at our showroom address below within 28 days of your purchase.

The return of any product under WEEE should be during business hours of Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm. Your returned product should be safely wrapped for transport and be in a condition considered non-harmful (no sharp or dangerous edges, no exposed electrical wiring, etc) and by pre-agreed arrangement.
Please contact us in the first instance on 0116 4300 567 if you wish to arrange to return a product under WEEE.
If you would like us to recycle any other small electrical items, these can also be accepted at the above address.
Electrical and electronic waste is increasing at an alarming rate, much of this waste can be recycled and the WEEE regulations aim to encourage everyone to play their part in protecting the environment for future generations and reduce the amount of waste produced. *Lords Electrical reserve the right to refuse recycling of your existing product if they deem this not to be a 'like for like' exchange of ‘new for old’ or may charge an additional fee.
Any complaint regarding goods or services should be sent to the address of the store which processed your order. Correspondence should include contact details and will be responded to within 2 working days.
Cancellation Rights and returns policy
You have the right to cancel goods within seven working days of the date of delivery. You must inform us in writing either by letter or fax of your decision to cancel.
If you have a faulty vacuum on arrival please contact us and we will endeavour to sort out the problem as soon as possible.

Should you wish to cancel your order, any goods supplied must be returned as new* in original condition and all accessories, including any free gifts to Go-Cordless at the above address at your own expense within seven days of your notice to cancel.
At this point we will arrange reimbursement of any monies paid for goods (excluding any services paid for or collection charges) as soon a possible and within a maximum of 30 days.
The following charges, by way of a deduction, will be applied for any products returned missing the original manufacturer packed accessories.

We are unable to accept back the following items unless unopened or faulty
