Delivery

If you place an order before 11.30am, you should receive it the next working day within mainland UK.

All of the items we sell will be FREE DELIVERY to anywhere in the Mainland UK and including Northern Ireland and the Highlands. (See below for details)

Our main priority at Go-Cordless is to get your new product as quick as possible.

Mainland UK

If you are in Mainland UK, then it will normally be delivered by DPD within 1-2 working days. Once we dispatch the item, we will normally forward an email or text message to you with the tracking details to give you an idea when it will arrive. DPD now operate a 1 hour window, so you will receive a text message in the morning with a 1 hour window that your delivery should take place.

If you are not in, DPD will either leave the item with a neighbour or leave a card and arrange to call back another day.

If you are sending the item to an alternative address to the billing address, then additional security checks may take place. This is just to protect you against any fraudulent misuse of your Credit/Debit card. To help speed up the delivery process we recommend sending the item to your billing address.

Northern Ireland / Highlands and Islands

There will normally be a charge for an item to be sent to Northern Ireland or the Highlands / Islands due to some of the shipping rates being high. It will normally be DPD to deliver and they normally offer a 3-4 working day service.

If you are not in, the courier will either leave the item with a neighbour or leave a card and arrange to call back another day.
