About Us
Who Are We?
Go Cordless are one of the online divisions of Lords Electrical based in Leicester. We are a family run business trading for 100 years, and we have 2 showrooms specialising in selling electrical appliances.
We are also an award winning company. Recently we won "Domestic appliance retailer of the year" in a national awards ceremony from trade magazine ERT.
We are also part of Euronics, Europe's largest buying group for electrical retailers, so we have great buying power to bring you more competitive prices.
We have been selling vacuum cleaners for years but it has really been the evolution of the cordless vacuum cleaner that saw sales rocket for us. It was a passion of ours to share our enthusiasm for cordless vacuums with as many people as possible, which is where we came up with the concept for Go Cordless.
We have a great team of guys and gals based at our head office. If you ring for advice, you might speak to the man behind the website:
It is our job to make sure that any orders you have placed are sent out quickly and if you have any issues we are here to help.
We can be contacted on 0116 4300123 9.00 to 5.30 Monday to Saturday
You can email us at websales@lords-electrical.co.uk 24 hours a day seven days a week (and we will get back to you as soon as possible)
